The promise to eliminate credit card debt, or any other debt elimination, is grand. Who wouldn't want to eliminate credit card debt? Typically companies (or individuals) that offer these services will tell you that this is a legal process and proceed to tell you all sorts of information about the world bank, the secret meetings, US CODE and more.

Your average service will run about $3,000. They will tell you that since you are going to do credit card debt elimination that it does not matter what the cost is. You are not going to pay right? Again, they will misquote all sorts of laws and rhetoric about how you are the victim--even though you agreed to accept the terms when you used the credit card.
