Your trade line shows when you paid on time, when you where late and so forth. A positive trade line is one in which you paid on time always. You want to have many positive trade lines in your credit report. Trade lines under six months old normally count against you even if you paid on time because the account is so new. After 6 months, it will start adding to your credit score and overall profile.
